Volunteer Application & Interest Form

Please fill out this form completely, be sure to include a valid email address as well as a phone number. Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help rescue dogs! We couldn't do it without you!

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer.

  • You must agree to attend  a training session of 4 hours and agree to abide by HART policies.

  •  You must commit to volunteering at least 2 hours per week for at least 6 months and to finding a replacement for your shift if you are not available.

  • You must agree to sign the Liability Waiver (or have your parent/guardian sign it, if you are under 18).
